Materials

-Tissue paper (various colors)
-Clear contact paper
-Scissors
-Paper plate (optional frame)

Instructions

1. Cut tissue paper into small squares.
2. Peel the backing off contact paper.
3. Stick the tissue paper pieces onto it.
4. Cover with another sheet of contact paper. Hang in a sunny window.
